Handle the full spectrum of HR functions for Japan employees, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and offboarding. Manage the entire onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and smooth integration into the organization’s culture and values. Identify training needs for employees and managers based on business priorities, and design Learning & Development (L&D) programs that support organizational growth. Lead talent acquisition efforts by attracting top talent, managing hiring processes, and partnering with leadership to understand and meet recruitment needs. Promote a strong, engaging company culture and foster a sense of belonging to drive employee satisfaction and engagement. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum of 10 years’ experience as an HR generalist
Strong recruitment experience, including understanding of sourcing channels, and the ability to identify employee learning and development needs
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growing environment
Resourceful, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid knowledge of Japan labor laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
