Our client, a leading organization in the biotech sector, is actively seeking an HR Manager to drive HR strategy and support company growth. Job Responsibility:
Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workforce planning
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the biotech sector
Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and safety standards
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work culture
Lead benefits administration, compensation analysis, and talent retention initiatives
Support leadership with organizational development, succession planning, and team-building efforts
Monitor HR metrics and produce reports for executive leadership
Coordinate training programs on industry standards and professional development
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
advanced degree or HR certification preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including management roles
Prior experience in the biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry highly preferred
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry-specific regulations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
