A startup healthcare client in Lexington, MA, is looking to hire an HR Manager to lead human resources for their growing organization. They are seeking a well-rounded HR candidate with experience in HR strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, training, and more.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, advise senior leadership, and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and performance management to attract and develop top talent
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, multi-state compliance, and payroll

Requirements:
