Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, advise senior leadership, and promote a positive workplace culture
Oversee hiring, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and performance management to attract and develop top talent
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
Handle day-to-day HR operations, multi-state compliance, and payroll
Lead training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and growth
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment
2+ years of experience serving in a leadership capacity
Experience working in healthcare strongly preferred
