Hansa Biopharma is now looking for an HR Manager to play a key role in strengthening the organization through professional and structured HR practices. In this role, you will act as a bridge between HR and the business, ensuring that people strategies and initiatives fully support the company’s goals, growth, and culture.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute to and execute the HR Annual Plan (Performance Review, Goal Setting, Salary Review, Bonus Payout)
Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Ensure compliance with Swedish labor law, HR policies, and corporate guidelines
Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment
Support workforce planning and participate in the budgeting process
Partner with Finance on payroll, benefits, and employee expenses
Ensure structured onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews
Draft, implement, and update HR SOPs and policies
Maintain accurate HR data in HRIS (Sympa) and Veeva Quality Docs
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment cycle time, workforce demographics) to provide insights and support evidence‑based decision‑making
Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data privacy standards related to employee data handling
Comply with Swedish pay transparency rules, including required salary‑range disclosure and support for pay equity analysis
Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
Lead and contribute to HR-related projects and organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
University degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of HR experience
Solid knowledge of Swedish labor law
Experience from the Life Science / Pharma industry, preferably within a smaller international biotech company
Experience in a global or international context
Strong experience in both strategic and operational HR work
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
Experience with Veeva Quality Docs is highly meritorious
Previous experience preparing for inspections or audits
Experience driving organizational or cultural change initiatives
