Job Responsibility

  • Lead all areas of HR, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and organizational development
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives
  • Oversee recruiting and onboarding for a variety of roles
  • Manage employee relations matters, investigations, performance issues, and coaching for managers
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain strong HR policies, documentation, reporting, and systems

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and HR operations
  • Professional, strategic, organized, and comfortable advising leaders across all levels of the organization
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality

Nice to have

Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, manufacturing, is a plus!

  • Provide authoritative guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS - HiBob), including timely entry, updates, and audits of personnel records
