Job Description
Responsible for supporting the HR function across all areas, design & implementing HR systems, Focus on employee engagement and ensure all necessary compliance. The overall management and development of all HR aspects for the company, including: Manage end-to-end HR operations covering the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit). Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, etc.) Oversee payroll processing, reimbursements, full & final settlements, and benefits administration. Drive HRMS operations, data accuracy, digitization, and HR MIS reporting. Employee queries, grievances, and support employee engagement initiatives Key Accountabilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements Ensure timely and accurate payroll coordination with finance/vendor * Oversee HR documentation, employee records, and data accuracy Compliance & Statutory Management * ... Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, LWF, Shops & Establishment, etc.) * Coordinate audits, inspections, and statutory filings (monthly/annual returns) Payroll Management * Administer employee benefits including insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, reimbursements, and bonus payouts * Monitor policy adherence and resolve employee queries related to compensation & benefits HR Systems & Digitization * Manage HRMS implementation, data integrity, and system enhancements * Drive digitization of HR processes and MIS automation * Generate and analyze HR MIS reports and dashboards for management Workforce & Vendor Management * Maintain current vs budgeted headcount data and support manpower planning * Manage HR vendors, contracts, and SLAs (payroll, insurance, background verification, training, etc.) Employee Relations & Support * Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes * Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events * Coordinate POSH, code of conduct, and policy awareness programs
