The Human Resources function is tasked with designing and executing a comprehensive set of HR strategies, guidelines, and operational methods.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the entire employee journey, from hiring and integrating new staff to overseeing their talent development
  • Handling crucial administrative tasks such as processing payroll and benefits
  • Guaranteeing strict adherence to all relevant Malaysian employment legislation and general HR standards
  • Acting as a strategic consultant to the leadership team, helping to boost staff morale and loyalty and providing guidance on managing employee performance issues and formal disciplinary matters

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or an equivalent field is required
