Job Responsibility:
Managing the entire employee journey, from hiring and integrating new staff to overseeing their talent development
Handling crucial administrative tasks such as processing payroll and benefits
Guaranteeing strict adherence to all relevant Malaysian employment legislation and general HR standards
Acting as a strategic consultant to the leadership team, helping to boost staff morale and loyalty and providing guidance on managing employee performance issues and formal disciplinary matters
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or an equivalent field is required
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Role demands a strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
The manager must have a deep understanding of employment law (specifically Malaysian Labour Law) and possess strategic thinking abilities
Knowledge of HR software is considered an added advantage
