Job Responsibility:
Foster a loyal, motivated, and non-unionized workforce through proactive employee interfacing and morale-boosting activities
Oversee the full employee lifecycle - from recruitment and induction to payroll, performance management, and separation
Act as the primary liaison with statutory bodies, ensuring 100% compliance with labor laws, safety licenses, and environmental regulations
Lead manpower budgeting, identify skill gaps, and implement high-impact training programs for supervisors and operators
Requirements:
10+ years of expertise in personnel, administration, and labor relations within manufacturing
at least 4-5 years in a mid-to-large-sized setup
Graduate degree
fluent English language knowledge
systematic problem-solver with customer service orientation
