On behalf of a prominent, highly structured organization with diversified operations and multiple specialized subsidiaries, we are seeking a strategic and operationally sound HR Manager. Based in Western Greece (Agrinio), this full-time role is ideal for an accomplished HR Manager who will spearhead both tactical people management and strategic organizational growth, ensuring a compliant, high-performing, and supportive workplace culture across all group structures.
Job Responsibility
Strategic Talent Sourcing & Onboarding: Overhaul the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, drafting vacancy specs, conducting interviews, and designing seamless onboarding paths for corporate and project-based hires
European Project Staffing Support: Actively participate in the selection, assessment, and alignment of specialized personnel designated to participate in prestigious European and international funding projects
Labor Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure complete organizational alignment with Greek labor legislation and modern HR best practices. Oversee all day-to-day workforce compliance actions (leave management, scheduling, attendance tracking)
Payroll Liaison: Work in close synchronization with the accounting department to safeguard the accuracy and execution of payroll administration and employment contracts
Performance Governance: Design, implement, and monitor modern performance appraisal and evaluation systems tailored to the organization's cross-functional roles
Learning & Development (L&D): Diagnose ongoing skill gaps across the personnel matrix and coordinate target training seminars to upskill the workforce
Requirements
More that 5 years of experience in senior level HR roles
University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal)
Strong command of MS Office toolsets
Expert, up-to-date knowledge of Greek Labor Law and standard corporate compliance practices
Nice to have
A Master’s Degree (MSc) in HR will be considered a distinct advantage
Prior exposure within organizations managing multiple subsidiaries, educational structures, or consulting networks will be highly regarded
