We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented HR & Administration Manager to function as a sole contributor for our Human Resources and Administration functions in the Malaysia office. This position is critical for managing all day-to-day HR operations and providing essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations for our small, dedicated team and international event support.
Job Responsibility:
Full-Cycle Payroll Management: Solely responsible for processing and managing the monthly payroll for all employees, which is fully in-house
HR Operations: Manage all general HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, and maintenance of accurate employee records
Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR practices and documentation are compliant with local Malaysian regulations
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to foster strong employee engagement
Office Administration: Must be okay to support admin work and provide essential general administrative support to ensure the smooth, day-to-day running of the office
Facilities & Logistics: Manage office supplies, equipment, and general facilities maintenance
Staff Support: Coordinate support for the CEO and other team members as needed
Requirements:
Proven Experience with comprehensive Payroll management (using Payroll Panda) and General HR Operations
Strong Communication Skills/Great English
Comfortable with Admin Work
Work Ethic: Must be confident, independent, takes initiative, and be solution-oriented
Must be able to be onsite, working location is in Bukit Damansara
Nice to have:
Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to foster strong employee engagement, with a good-to-have requirement to have more engagement with offices outside Malaysia (Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam)
