Job Responsibility:
Lead Employee Relations: Serve as the primary HR contact for operations-assigned drivers and employees, managing all employee relations matters including attendance, performance management, corrective actions, workplace conduct investigations, and conflict resolution
Provide Comprehensive HR Support: Manage the full HR lifecycle for operations personnel, from onboarding to transfers, leaves, and offboarding
Coordinate Recruitment & Staffing: Support recruiting activities for operations roles, including drivers and support staff
Support Payroll & Timekeeping: Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing for operations employees and drivers
Ensure Policy Implementation & Compliance: Uphold compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Maintain On-Site HR Presence: Establish a consistent on-site HR presence within the operations facility
Report & Document: Maintain accurate employee records and case documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of HR generalist or HR manager experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or operations-heavy environments
Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience supporting hourly, non-exempt, and driver workforces
Nice to have:
Korean bilingual – preferred but not required
Experience supporting driver populations (CDL)
Familiarity with regulatory environments related to employment
On-site HR experience within a warehouse, terminal, or operations setting
