Hr Manager

We seek a strong-willed and commercially-minded HR Manager to serve as a pivotal leader in a critical period of organizational maturity, either by preparing the company for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or by managing a large-scale global transformation and scale-up. The successful candidate must possess documented experience formalizing core HR systems (including compensation structures, equity plans, and governance-compliant policies) and leading significant change management efforts to align employee culture and performance with demanding shareholder and regulatory expectations. This manager will be responsible for balancing rapid talent acquisition and retention strategies with a rigorous compliance mindset, ensuring the company's human capital infrastructure is robust, scalable, and fully prepared for the scrutiny and complexity of public-company operations or exponential growth.
