Responsible for overseeing all functions related to human capital. Their main objective is to develop and implement human resources policies and programs that support organizational goals and promote a fair, safe, and productive work environment.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with senior management to develop human resources strategies and policies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture
Identify areas for improvement in talent management and propose initiatives to drive employee engagement and enhance talent retention
Oversee all phases of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to development, retention, and separation
Ensure recruitment processes are effective and aligned with the company's staffing needs, ensuring the hiring of suitable talent
Design and implement organizational development programs to enhance leadership, employee training, and skills development
Facilitate professional development programs and succession plans to identify and develop internal talent
Supervise performance management and performance review systems to ensure fair and objective employee evaluations
Review and update compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and government regulations, as well as company internal policies
Maintain accurate and complete employee records and ensure all human resources processes are transparent and ethical
Requirements:
Minimum education: completed relevant degree

Experience providing support to multiple corporate plants
