Job Responsibility:
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Overseeing return-to-work processes
Advising line managers on HR policies and best practice
Handling HR administration and employee documentation
Ensuring all policies, procedures, and HR practices are up to date and legally compliant
Supporting management with people-focused initiatives to help drive business growth
Requirements:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
A proactive, approachable, and solutions-focused mindset
The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
