Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent
Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and professional development
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment
Implement performance management systems to ensure employees are achieving their goals and contributing to the company's success
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
Collaborate with leadership to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce
Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback to enhance job satisfaction

Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a full-time role
Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (A1-C1 levels preferred)
Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data
Experience in a fast-paced environment with a passion for innovation
