Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top talent
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement and professional development
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious work environment
  • Implement performance management systems to ensure employees are achieving their goals and contributing to the company's success
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce
  • Drive employee engagement surveys and implement action plans based on feedback to enhance job satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in a full-time role
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (A1-C1 levels preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a passion for innovation
