This role is ONSITE in Chester County & other Philadelphia suburb locations and must be willing to travel as needed to suburban locations. Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Manager position at Penn Medicine Health System in Chester County & other Philadelphia suburb locations. The Human Resources Manager will serves as the primary HR partner for the locations, providing hands‑on leadership across HR operations, employee relations, engagement, compliance, and talent processes to ensure a consistent, positive, and legally compliant employee experience. Position will assist with administering the human resource policies and procedures for the assigned client accounts to include but not limited to: talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, wage and salary administration, training, employee relations, EEO, affirmative action, benefits administration and risk management.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with legal requirements and aligned with the company's mission and values
Manage the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
Lead resolution of employee relations matters, including coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary guidance
Conduct and document investigations into employee concerns and recommend appropriate outcomes
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR, including equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and wage and hour laws
Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies
Manage the performance management process, including setting goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees
Develop and implement HR-related training programs to ensure employees and managers are knowledgeable about HR policies and procedures
Develop and maintain HR-related metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective operation of HR policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date on HR-related regulations, laws, and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Requirements:
1-2+ years of experience in HR management or related field
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Adminstration, or related field
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR-related laws and regulations
Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software programs
