We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and support our human resources function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. You’ll oversee core HR operations, partner with leadership on organizational development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and implementing programs that support both business objectives and employee success.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Lead performance review processes, employee development initiatives, and succession planning efforts
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve processes
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking and annual reviews
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a consistent employee experience
Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Five to eight years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proven experience handling employee relations issues and investigations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Nice to have:
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Experience in a multi-state or rapidly growing organization
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as ADP, Paycom, or BambooHR
Strong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decisions
