Job Description:

Our client is a real estate private equity firm and currently, they are looking for a HR Manager. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring HR strategies align with the company’s objectives and support the high-performance culture.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements
Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
Organize employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth
Provide HR advisory support to management and staff on HR-related matters
Assist with HR reporting and analytics to guide decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or financial services environment
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
