Job Description:

Responsible for managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources from Entry to Top level. Preparation of job descriptions. Screening the resume, interact with candidate to understand their capabilities, strengths, calling & conducting interview & related follow up. Responsible for complete scheduling & coordination for interview made through telecom, face to face interview & video conferencing on multiple locations.
