Job Description:

Our client is a Singapore headquartered company in the semiconductor sector. To support their continued growth, they are seeking a capable and hands-on HR Manager to lead their human resource function. Reporting directly to the VPHR you will lead a lean HR team to oversee the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, ensuring alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

Managing end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management
Partnering with internal stakeholders to drive HR initiatives such as workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
Ensuring compliance with Singapore’s employment regulations and internal policies
Leading employee engagement and well-being programs
Resolving any employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Providing HR data, analytics, and reports to support management decision-making

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity
Solid understanding of Singapore employment laws and local HR best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Proactive, hands-on and able to drive teamwork
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Timesoft
