HR Manager - Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge. The Role: Partner with site leadership to deliver a people plan aligned to business goals. You’ll be a hands-on HR generalist, advising, coaching and challenging managers while driving a positive employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with site leadership to deliver a people plan aligned to business goals
Lead people operations and employee relations, working with HR Shared Services
Coach and support managers on policy, performance, engagement and employment law
Analyse people data to drive insight, action and continuous improvement
Lead inductions, training compliance and management development
Champion employee engagement, recognition and EDI
Support recruitment, absence and holiday management
Requirements:
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
Strong HR generalist with solid UK employment law knowledge
Confident adviser with excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Data-driven, solutions-focused and commercially aware
Passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience
