Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Director, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions within the organisation. The Human Resource Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to the employees and support the management to drive key HR initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing day-to-day HR business partnering and operations
Spearheading employee relations, employee engagement and well-being, as well as operational excellence
Managing the execution and providing advisory to employees on employee benefits plans, payroll, benefits and HRIS
Provide support for disciplinary actions and grievances
Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations and best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experienced in managing full-spectrum HR functions, ideally in consumer/service-oriented industries
Strong knowledge of local and regional payroll regulations and tax laws
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
