A rapidly growing healthcare services organization in Oceanside is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, supporting a diverse workforce while ensuring compliance with California employment laws and healthcare regulations. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and a resource for employees across multiple departments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead all HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and corrective actions
Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
Manage HR reporting, audits, and documentation
Support benefits administration and open enrollment processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
7+ years of progressive HR experience, including management
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements
Healthcare or regulated-industry experience preferred
Proven leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
SHRM, PHR, or similar certification preferred
