Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily HR operations and employee relations
Lead performance management and coaching initiatives
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Manage onboarding, training, and development programs
Support leadership with HR strategy and workforce planning
Handle employee concerns, investigations, and resolutions
Oversee HR reporting and process improvements
Foster a positive and engaged workplace culture
Requirements:
5+ years of HR experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience managing employee relations and performance issues
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
HR certification (PHR/SPHR) is a plus
