Job Responsibility
Take ownership of the UK HR function, managing a broad remit spanning HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and strategic people initiatives
Drive key people projects across areas such as performance management, objective setting, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and internal communication
Partner with senior leaders and managers to support organisational change, embed best practice, and improve leadership capability across the business
Own employee relations matters, onboarding, HR administration, policy implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and employee records
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, helping create a more effective, engaged, and high-performing organisation while supporting future growth
Requirements
Proven experience in a broad HR Manager, People Manager, or HR Business Partner role within a growing or evolving business environment
Strong generalist HR capability, with experience balancing both strategic people initiatives and operational HR responsibilities
