Bunzl Retail & Packaging Division is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide strategic and operational HR support across our Packaging businesses. Working closely with senior leaders, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service, drive employee engagement, support organisational change, and help create a positive, high-performing culture.
Job Responsibility
Partner with leadership teams to deliver HR strategies aligned to business goals
Provide expert HR advice across the employee lifecycle
Manage employee relations matters and support recruitment activities
Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning
Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
Lead and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Proven experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or Senior HR Advisor role
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation
CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience
Commercially minded, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
