We are hiring for a HR Manager (Subang Jaya) to lead the full spectrum of generalist HR functions, with a strong focus on industrial relations (IR), labor law compliance, and policy development. Reporting directly to the Director, this role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building structure, improving SOPs, and driving compliance standards within a growing organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
Act as the subject matter expert on Malaysian labor law, handling misconduct, disciplinary actions, and IR cases
Develop, review, and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and procedures in line with business needs
Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and ISO 9001 standards
Oversee HR documentation including employment contracts, contract stamping, and regulatory compliance
Manage and optimize HR systems (Infotech) and ensure data accuracy
Monitor attendance, tardiness, and enforce company policies consistently
Partner closely with management to support decision-making on HR matters
Support end-to-end recruitment when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist role
Strong expertise in industrial relations (IR) and Malaysian employment law
Experience in policy drafting, SOP development, and compliance frameworks
Exposure to ISO 9001 is an added advantage
Hands-on, independent, and comfortable working in a lean team environment
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills
