This position invites an adaptive human resource professional to step away from repetitive execution and drive the construction of robust frameworks and operational workflows across the corporate ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the formulation, structured refinement, and ongoing stewardship of corporate people guidelines and standard protocols
  • Analyze existing administrative workflows to root out inefficiencies and introduce optimized automation alternatives
  • Partner with department heads to audit and define organizational architecture, including task parameters and accountability matrixes
  • Administer end-to-end talent acquisition pipelines alongside transitional cycles such as standard onboarding and departure operations
  • Direct fundamental infrastructure tasks encompassing benefits coordination, statutory pass management, corporate insurance structures, and payroll administration

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent field of study
  • Extensive generalist background within human resources or corporate services, matching market standards for mid-level autonomous performance
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore labor frameworks and local statutory employment obligations
  • Articulate interpersonal and written communication capabilities paired with corporate productivity software competency
  • Natural inclination toward problem-solving, creating systematic order, and leveraging technical applications for process updates
