Job Responsibility:
Shape and drive high-impact initiatives across areas such as employer value proposition (EVP), structural HR, as well as diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing
Structure ambiguous problems, generate insights, and translate them into pragmatic, actionable solutions
Own projects end to end: framing the approach, driving analyses, aligning with stakeholders, preparing communication, and ensuring effective implementation

Requirements:
Degree from a (technical) college or university, ideally with a specialization in HR management
Worked in consulting (optimally 3-5 years) and bring a strong track record of delivering impact in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Consulting skill set including structured problem solving, data analysis, and clear, compelling communication and storylining
Proven experience driving projects from problem definition to implementation
