Job Responsibility:
Manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and statutory compliance
Lead annual manpower planning, budgeting, and labour cost control initiatives to align with business objectives
Oversee company-wide performance management, KPI setting, and appraisal reviews
Develop and implement promotion readiness programs, career development frameworks, and succession planning
Lead the recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and confirmation reviews
Advise management on disciplinary actions, performance issues, and termination procedures in compliance with the Employment Act
Drive employee engagement initiatives including surveys, recognition programs, and cross department collaboration
Oversee and support Office Administration functions, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintenance coordination, and staff facilities management
Serve as custodian for HR policies, Employee Handbook, PDPA compliance documentation, and HR system governance
Ensure overall HR operations and administrative governance are compliant with statutory and internal standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or master in any discipline
Minimum 5 years working experience in the HR functions with solid hands-on experience across all HR operations functions
Ability to advise stakeholders on HR-related matters with confidence and sound judgement
Knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and best practices in human resource
Proactive and able to deal with all level of employees
