A growing services company local to Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This role will function as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with leadership to drive key human resources initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in employee relations, change management, and mergers & acquisitions, along with a hands-on approach to HR operations.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to leadership, providing strategic guidance and support
Lead employee relations efforts, including conflict resolution and performance management
Drive and support change management initiatives across the organization
Play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, including integration and organizational alignment
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Oversee HR operations, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with leadership on talent development, workforce planning, and organizational strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
6+ years of progressive HR experience
Proven experience in change management initiatives
Direct experience supporting mergers and acquisitions activity
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employee relations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
