Job Description:

With a presence across Asia, our client is a Singapore-headquartered technology solutions provider specializing in cybersecurity. They are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Manager to support their Singapore operations as an individual contributor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and offboarding
  • Administering monthly payroll processing and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies
  • Driving HR initiatives to support business growth, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development projects
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and frameworks to align with best practices and local labour laws
  • Managing compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Handling work pass applications, renewals, and other regulatory submissions with relevant government agencies
  • Maintaining accurate HRIS records and generating HR reports to support management decision-making
  • Advising management and employees on HR matters, including disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to the business, providing strategic input to support workforce planning and company culture
  • Supporting any ad-hoc HR projects and audits as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of broad-based HR experience, preferably within the technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Strong experience in managing end-to-end payroll processes (experience with Infotech HRIS is highly preferred)
  • Sound knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, MOM regulations, and statutory compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly independent, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
