In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end human resources function and drive organisational culture across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee entire human resource operations, encompassing talent acquisition, payroll processing, compensation benefits, and regulatory compliance
  • Formulate annual workforce strategies, including resource budgeting and personnel cost management, to support commercial targets
  • Lead performance evaluation cycles, key performance indicator frameworks, talent retention schemes, and leadership succession plans
  • Guide leadership on employee relations matters, grievance handling, and performance improvement plans according to local labour regulations
  • Conceptualise employee connection programmes, internal cultural events, and team-building activities alongside managing daily workplace administrative operations

Requirements

  • Proven background managing end-to-end human resources and workplace administration within the commercial sector
  • Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, statutory obligations, and data privacy legislation
  • Practical experience executing performance appraisal systems and organisational development frameworks
  • Demonstrated capability in orchestrating corporate events and employee engagement projects
  • Solid capability in managing workforce budgeting and human resource information systems
  • 4 years experience
  • Bachelor Degree
