Job Description:

As part of our HR Transformation & People Programs initiatives, you will lead and coordinate business and HR-focused projects supporting organisational growth, people development, and operational excellence. This role is not an IT Project Manager position - it is a business-facing, back-office HR role focused on designing, improving, and delivering HR processes and people-related programs. You will work closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, and internal teams to support initiatives across career management, onboarding and offboarding, performance and assessment frameworks, learning & development, and HR operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and coordinate HR and people-related projects across selected functional areas (e.g. career management, onboarding/offboarding, assessment & performance, training & development, HR operations)
  • Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders during organizational and people transformation initiatives
  • Translate business and HR needs into structured programs, process improvements, and practical solutions
  • Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery
  • Support change initiatives related to people processes, employee lifecycle, and internal HR services
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams, business representatives, and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR frameworks, standards, and best practices

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR or business project roles, with proven project experience in at least one of the following areas: Career management or talent development
  • Onboarding and offboarding programs
  • Performance management, assessment, or evaluation frameworks
  • Training & development or learning programs
  • HR operations or HR service delivery
  • Experience working on HR transformation, process improvement, or people-related initiatives
  • Understanding of change management principles in organizational or HR contexts
  • Ability to work with HR systems and platforms (e.g. HRIS, service delivery tools) from a business/process perspective (not technical implementation)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in process analysis and improvement
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

  • Experience working as a Project Manager or Project Lead for HR initiatives in a back-office or internal HR environment, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder management of HR-related programs
  • Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI-ACP, AgilePM or equivalent (as an advantage)
  • Experience in consulting, shared services, or complex organizational environments
  • Exposure to international or multicultural HR projects
  • Additional European language
  • Familiarity with process documentation or improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, BPMN - as a plus)
