Manage the complete employee lifecycle from initial onboarding through to professional development and offboarding processes
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts by implementing innovative strategies to attract and secure top-tier professionals
Act as a primary advisor on employee relations, policy creation, and ensure all practices maintain full compliance with local labor regulations
Drive internal engagement and wellbeing initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational productivity and a positive workplace culture
Analyze key organizational metrics to provide data-driven insights and reports that support senior leadership in strategic decision-making
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience within a human resources generalist or management capacity
Proven track record in successfully executing recruitment strategies and managing diverse employee lifecycles
In-depth knowledge of Singapore labor laws and current best practices in human capital management
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build influential relationships at all levels of an organization
Strong organizational capabilities with a meticulous approach to detail and a focus on continuous professional advancement
