The Bilingual Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations while helping drive employee engagement, compliance, recruiting, training, and overall workforce support across the organization. This position serves as a strategic and operational partner to leadership and employees, ensuring HR initiatives align with business goals and company culture. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, approachable, and capable of managing both employee relations and administrative HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can effectively balance compliance, communication, recruiting, and employee development while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and workplace concerns
Support managers with coaching, employee development, performance management, and corrective action processes
Conduct employee investigations and assist with conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist with leave administration, accommodations, workers’ compensation, and employee support processes
Promote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and workplace culture activities
Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
Partner with department leaders to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities
Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
Maintain recruitment metrics and assist with workforce planning initiatives
Attend hiring events, networking functions, and recruiting activities as needed
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Support HR audits, I-9 compliance, and employee file management
Assist with policy updates, HR reporting, and process improvements
Maintain HRIS records and employee data accuracy
Support payroll coordination and benefits administration processes
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations processes
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced and changing environments
Strong administrative and project coordination abilities
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of progressive HR experience required
Bilingual English/Spanish required
Experience supporting multi-department or multi-location environments preferred
HRIS systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paycom, UKG, or similar preferred
Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams required
PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification preferred
Nice to have:
