BrainWorks HR Search is partnered with a leading consumer good manufacturer for their Human Resources Manager vacancy in north Ft Worth. This role serves as the on-site Human Resources Leader for a 60-employee facility, providing full-spectrum HR support and ensuring alignment with company culture, compliance, and strategic goals. This is a hands-on, stand-alone role requiring someone who can work autonomously, build strong credibility with leadership and hourly employees, and drive engagement across the workforce.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner directly with plant leadership to provide strategic and tactical HR support
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles, from sourcing to onboarding
  • Lead employee relations, investigations, and corrective action with fairness and consistency
  • Oversee payroll time and attendance processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations
  • Develop and execute employee engagement and recognition initiatives to enhance retention and morale
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for all employees, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and performance
  • Support supervisors and managers with coaching, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Partner with leadership on training, development, and safety initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HR data and reporting through HRIS and other systems

Requirements:

  • Must have been the HR LEADER for a company size under 200 employees, supporting hourly employees
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within manufacturing/Warehousing/Distribution environments
