Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a People Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm). As a People Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business. You’ll act as a first point of contact for HR queries and support a range of people processes, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide first-line generalist HR advice on terms and conditions, policies, and procedures
  • Support and coordinate key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and performance reviews
  • Assist the wider HR team with more complex processes such as restructures, TUPE transfers, DSARs, and collective consultations
  • Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations
  • Support employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and consistency

Requirements

  • CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or currently working towards it) – desirable
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience supporting or coordinating employee relations cases
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business
  • The ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism
  • Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
