Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a People Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Liverpool Street office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:30pm). As a People Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business. You’ll act as a first point of contact for HR queries and support a range of people processes, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience.
Job Responsibility
Provide first-line generalist HR advice on terms and conditions, policies, and procedures
Support and coordinate key HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and performance reviews
Assist the wider HR team with more complex processes such as restructures, TUPE transfers, DSARs, and collective consultations
Maintain and update HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other regulations
Support employee relations matters, ensuring best practice and consistency
Requirements
CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 (or currently working towards it) – desirable
A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
Experience supporting or coordinating employee relations cases
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business
The ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with professionalism
Excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
