We are seeking a HR Learning & Development Intern to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with cutting-edge technology solutions, helping our clients optimize their business processes and drive digital transformation. As part of our People and Culture division, you’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries, collaborating with international teams and growing your expertise in enterprise solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Support the HR Learning & Development team in ESG-related training initiatives, assisting with organizational and operational tasks
Assist in coordinating ESG and sustainability training activities, including scheduling, documentation, and internal communications
Contribute to research on ESG topics and sustainability trends to support learning content and internal initiatives
Help collect participation data and feedback from training sessions, providing reporting support to the team
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Education, Psychology, or a related field, as part of a curricular internship
Interest in ESG and sustainability topics, with a willingness to learn in a corporate environment
Motivation to support learning and development activities through hands-on experience
Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level or above)
Confident with Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint
