Reporting to senior business leadership, the HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist supports the business and employees across the full employment lifecycle. The role has broad responsibility covering talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and compliance. This position plays a key role in delivering effective, compliant, and people-focused HR support, while driving continuous improvement across HR processes and systems in alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Provide timely, accurate HR guidance across employee relations, policies, benefits, payroll, and development
Manage recruitment, offer, onboarding, and off-boarding processes in line with business needs and regulatory requirements
Lead talent and performance processes, including succession planning, goal setting, and annual reviews
Manage compensation activities, including salary reviews, promotions, and merit cycles
Partner with HR COEs and stakeholders on regional and global initiatives
Maintain HR systems, reporting, process documentation, and data integrity
Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
Manage and develop a team of HR Generalists
Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements
Perform additional HR responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Senior HR Generalist or HR Manager role
Strong working knowledge of HR principles, employee lifecycle processes, and employment practice
Experience with HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality
