The role of the Admin & HR Manager is to lead the HR Department and is therefore responsible for the delivery of the department as a whole. This included safety, recruitment, employee relationships, compensation, statutory compliance, training, and administration of Office & Factory.
Job Responsibility:

Ensuring that all projects are delivered with complete, accurate and timely documentation
Right First Time and Improving delivery performance in HR & Administration
Ensuring the office is well run, clean and all basic administration are adequately carried out
Manage the Statutory requirements & Compliances
To achieve cost reduction in Admin, HR and Office Running Expenses
Supporting the Operations in Manpower Requirements and recruitments
Providing all data, analysis and reports to allow the preparation of Strategic Business Plans
On time recruitment of personnels and annual performance reviews
Effective communication to the coworker, direct reports, reporting Manager and other teams
Ensuring all standards that are either statutory or customer requirements including but not limited to Quality, Safety and Products
Requirements:
15 years experience
Establishing appropriate HR IR & Administration policy and procedures
Execution of Organisation’s Strategy and sustain the contingency plan for resources
Custodian of Office and its administration to keep it clean, professional & safe
Meeting all statutory requirements and safety
Develop key relationship with Government authorities, Employees and Insurance companies
Responsibility for Continuous Improvement of the Department and its Systems
Achieve Right First Time and on-time deliveries to Management
Develop and deliver regular MIS to management in line with business strategies
Educate and Develop employees on outstanding HR, IR, Safety practices and other skills
