  • 5+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience
  • Small company experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration, including renewals and year-end support
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, including postings, screenings, and interview coordination
  • Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience supporting performance management processes and employee relations matters
  • Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and able to operate independently with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization
