Support and lead day-to-day HR Operations
Working closely with senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of well-rounded Human Resources experience
Small company experience
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration, including renewals and year-end support
Full-cycle recruiting experience, including postings, screenings, and interview coordination
Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management
Experience supporting performance management processes and employee relations matters
Resourceful, solutions-oriented, and able to operate independently with minimal direction
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization
