Join us as HR Lead Foods Brazil - Manager. You will represent the HR function for the Foods business in Unilever Brazil, with a clear purpose: to create business impact through people, culture, and leadership.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the HR agenda for the Foods business in Brazil—focusing on the Foods Lovers and Growth Hunters culture, organizational development, and end-to-end business capabilities
Accountable for organizational design, workforce planning, data accuracy, and upskilling programs for the business, as well as leadership development
Act as a strategic partner to the Foods business, leading initiatives in organizational design, budget control, capability building, culture, and leadership
Ensure we have the right talent in the most critical roles through Talent to Value, Dynamic Resource Allocation, talent pipeline development, and succession planning for key positions
Evaluate and build the LATAM Capabilities Strategy
Lead the capability and training plan for the Foods business across Latin America
Foster a strong organizational culture, ensuring all employees understand and live the principles of high performance, the talent cycle, and the global HR strategy
Requirements:
Experience as a Manager in HR Business Partnering in Brazil
Proven leadership in organizational development or culture projects, demonstrating ability to diagnose, propose, and execute talent or culture plans
Advanced Portuguese and English level
Spanish is desirable
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Change management and project management expertise
