An established hospitality and entertainment organization is seeking three HR Labor Relations Managers to join its Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Labor Relations professionals who thrive in union environments and are passionate about employee relations, contract administration, investigations, and dispute resolution. This role partners closely with senior leadership to foster positive union relationships, ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, and support a fair, transparent, and compliant workplace.
Job Responsibility
Manage employee grievances, complaints, investigations, and workplace disputes
Interpret and administer collective bargaining agreements
Advise leaders on labor laws, union contract compliance, and disciplinary matters
Conduct confidential workplace investigations
Build and maintain productive relationships with union representatives
Support grievance meetings, arbitration, and collective bargaining initiatives
Train managers on labor relations policies, contract interpretation, and grievance handling
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to ensure labor-related matters are accurately administered
Assist with labor relations reporting, HRIS updates, and related administrative responsibilities
Develop strategies that promote positive employee relations and minimize workplace conflict
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, or Human Resources experience with a strong focus on labor relations
Experience working in a unionized environment is required
Hospitality, gaming, hotel, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation, or other unionized industry experience is welcome, with hospitality strongly preferred
