Job Description:

The HR Management area is responsible for acting as an interface between people management topics and the other departments of the company. This area houses all internal consultants who bring the demands from the departments to HR, ensuring that the departments follow the company's guidelines and promoting integration among teams. The main processes of the area involve performance and career management, conflict management, management of KPIs relevant to internal clients, organizational changes, continuous process improvement, as well as support for programs and actions aimed at employee development and engagement.

Job Responsibility:

  • Development, management, and monthly updating of tools and dashboards for HR indicators
  • data analysis to provide strategic information that supports client areas in decision-making
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of HR data, identifying trends, improvement opportunities, and risks related to employee performance, engagement, and development
  • Proactive involvement in the continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization, and implementing solutions that increase efficiency and reduce rework
  • Development of tools to automate routines, create dynamic reports, and facilitate access to critical management information
  • Updating the Human Resources Intranet and communicating organizational changes in the São Paulo units (NSC, NFSC, and NSC BMW Motorrad), ensuring alignment and transparency
  • Operational support for the daily activities of the Business Partner in Araquari, including issuing documents, promotion letters, service time control, delivery of gifts, studies, and detailed data collection to support strategic decisions
  • Support in managing and executing employee engagement and recognition programs and actions, such as festive dates and service time honors, ensuring alignment with HR strategies
  • Assistance in responding to employees and managers, promoting agility and quality in addressing people management demands
  • Support in the payment process of the HR Management area at the Araquari Plant, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or technology degree in Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields
  • Availability for the internship from 1 year and 6 months up to 2 years
  • Availability to perform the internship from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Analytical skills, affinity with technology
  • Planning and organizational skills.

Nice to have:

Experience with Power BI is a plus
