We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR team in a variety of activities and projects, while gaining hands-on experience across the full HR agenda. Faber is an international family business with a leading position in sustainable load carrier services. This internship is suitable for both working students and graduate interns. You are available for at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months. Preferred start date is as soon as possible.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting the further development of job frameworks and organisational structure documentation
Assisting with Talent Acquisition improvement initiatives
Supporting HR and project leads on key people-related projects, such as onboarding and engagement initiatives
Helping to ensure HR records and documentation are accurate, complete and well maintained
Identifying communication and change support needs and helping create materials to support these efforts
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a master’s degree in HR, Business or a related field
interest in HR and affinity with project management
proactive, structured and eager to learn
energy, creativity and persistence
strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications
enjoy working in a professional environment with experienced colleagues
