As an HR intern you will get the opportunity to fully join our local team and support diverse HR activities. The focus will be in-depth work on HR administration. During this you will be given the chance to gain practical experience and take the initiative by contributing with your own skillsets.
Job Responsibility:
Actively seek out information and interact with colleagues to clarify regulations
Support the HR Officer in administrative tasks, like handling HR enquiries and payroll assistance
Help improve, digitize, and record HR processes and policies
Provide input to current projects such as an HR handbook and take on supporting tasks
Requirements:
Following an MBO education in Human Resources, Economics, Administration, or similar
HBO and WO education are also possible
Looking for a hands-on internship for at least 3 months, starting February
Curious, proactive and like to work together towards a concrete result
Communicate clearly and know how to easily collect the right information
Like to interact with colleagues in a collegial and professional team
