Job Responsibility:
Recruitment Tasks (70%): Support the recruitment process: post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
Assist in employer branding activities on recruitment platforms and social media
Coordinate with hiring teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations
Update and manage candidate databases
Enter employee records, store employee data
Internal Communication Tasks (30%): Support planning, contribute creative ideas and executing internal communication campaigns and employee engagement activities
Assist in organizing internal events such as birthdays, workshops, etc.
Design and write content for internal channels (email, fanpage, etc.)
Other tasks assigned by team leader
Requirements:
Final year student in an internship or graduated with a career orientation in HR
Internship duration: minimum period of 4 months
Person who is responsible for work, and want to learn more about human resources
Good at English reading and communication skill
