Job Responsibility:
Support end-to-end hiring for fresher and entry-level roles
Source, screen, and call candidates for various positions
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring panels
Maintain candidate trackers and ensure timely follow-ups
Assist in releasing offer letters and completing onboarding documentation
Ensure strong communication and coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders
Contribute to improving hiring processes and candidate experience
Requirements:
