Job Responsibility:
Gain foundational knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes
Understand the employee lifecycle from hiring to exit
Learn HR policies, procedures, and compliance basics
Explore HR systems and documentation practices
Support in screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
Participate in initial candidate assessments
Learn best practices in talent sourcing and employer branding
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives
Support internal communication and HR events
Understand employee satisfaction and feedback mechanisms
Gain exposure to performance management processes
Support training coordination and learning initiatives

Requirements:
Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
